ReceptAI offers two subscription plans (Starter and Growth), each starting with a 3-day trial and billed monthly thereafter. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: your AI receptionist will continue answering calls, booking appointments, and handling caller enquiries until that date, and you will not be charged again afterwards. No cancellation fees apply.
Every paid plan is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are charged after your trial and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. Refund amounts may take into account call minutes already used on your plan during that billing period. Contact us at support@aireceptionist.ai to request a refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
