Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure a smooth experience with ReceptAI, our AI receptionist service for local service businesses.

1. Subscription Refunds

ReceptAI is billed as a monthly subscription with two plans (Starter $49/mo and Growth $149/mo). Each plan starts with a 3-day trial — cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. After billing, a 7-day money-back guarantee applies: contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. Outside that window, because the service is provided continuously throughout each billing period, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

However, refunds may be issued if:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription
  • There was a verified technical issue on our side that prevented ReceptAI from answering your business calls for a significant part of the billing period

You must contact us within 7 days of the charge in question.

2. No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after a billing period has started
  • Dissatisfaction with how the AI voice sounds or phrases its answers, when the service is working as described
  • Missed or mishandled calls caused by incomplete or inaccurate scripts, FAQs, or calendar settings you provided
  • Unused call minutes remaining at the end of a billing period

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aireceptionist.ai with:

  • The email address associated with your ReceptAI account
  • Payment receipt or invoice number
  • Description of the issue

We respond within 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in account suspension.
