Call Recordings, Transcripts, and Caller Data

When ReceptAI answers a call for your business, we process the caller's phone number, the audio of the conversation, and a text transcript of it. Where the caller books an appointment or leaves a message, we also process the details they provide (such as name, contact details, requested service, and appointment date and time). This data is used exclusively to handle the call, deliver the recording and transcript to you, and complete the booking or lead hand-off you configured.

Critical Privacy Protection: Call recordings and transcripts are stored only for as long as needed to provide the service and are retained according to your account settings. We do not sell caller data or use it for advertising. You may request deletion of any recording, transcript, or caller record at any time via support@aireceptionist.ai.

Account Information

When you create an account or request early access, we collect:

  • Business configuration data (scripts, FAQs, service lists, and calendar connections you provide)
  • Payment information for paid subscriptions (processed securely by third-party providers like Stripe - we never store card details)
